Wieser Septic & Excavating is a family owned firm owned with Jake Wieser as principal owner. Raised around his dad's plumbing and excavating business and his grandparent's dairy farm, Jake learned about hard work and honesty at a very early age. He began his construction career as an apprentice carpenter with a local commercial contractor. Learning the trade through hands-on experience, Jake became a journeyman carpenter and quickly progressed to a job foreman.
 Captured by entrepreneurial spirit, Jake formed Jake Wieser Construction, Inc.dba Wieser Septic & Excavating in 1989 with the desire to provide quality construction services at competitive prices. Since inception, the company has grown into large and small residential projects, commercial projects, major and small renovations, sewer and water line work, and excavating.
 

Outdoor Services Inc. (OSI) is a family owned and operated business founded in 1986. With 5 full time managers directing 40 plus employees we are available to assist you 12 months out of the year. OSI has professionally licenced technicians who'll care for your lawn and irrigation systems. We specialize in improving the appearance of your turf which in turn enhances your property value while improving the overall appearance of your home. OSI provides premier lawn care to both residential and commercial properties. Along with the professional lawn care we also provide lawn maintenance, industrial vegitation control, irrigation installation and service, pest control and holiday lighting. Mowing, watering and fertilizing correctly on a regular basis will yield good results that will result in a beautiful yard to enjoy all season long. Office hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday for the majority of the year. Winter hours are 8-4 Monday through Thursday.

Jason grew up with MasterCraft and in recent years has taken on many responsibilities. He supervises the different job sites, orders materials, schedules our sub contractors, and reviews the pricing and contracts of each home.
