Doug Jorstad/Dawn Kulcinski motioned to approve Ordinance 3-2025, An Ordinance
Annexing Certain Territory into the Village of Holmen (S&J Farms LLC, represented by
Jim Christenson; Petition MBR #14733). Administrator Heinig reviewed the proposed
annexation of 63.63 acres of the Herb Hanson Farm and including Highway 53 right-ofway;
this development will provide for 91 residential lots. The motion carried 6-0.
