Presented by Brad Boycks, who spent seven years as a staff person in Wisconsin’s capitol -- the last three years as chief of staff for Sen. Bob Welch. He also was campaign manager for a number of state assembly and senate candidates, most recently for Sen. Joe Leibham. Brad is now employed with the Wisconsin Builders Association.
